Turkish military bombed Roboski village in Kurdish city of Sirnak, killing 36 innocent kurdish Civilians

                  
Last night, Turkish military warplanes bombed a Kurdish village of Robososki in Qilaban district of Sirnak and killed 36 innocent people.
This group was consists of 50 workers that were returning back home from a day of working but they were attacked and 36 people were killed. One of the surviving farmers ran to notify the people in the close by village of the event that took place.
The survivals stated that Turkish military used some sort of chemical, because all the bodies are burned and hard to identify. the families of the victims are searching for their family members bodies.
This genocide by the Turkish military is another example of Turkish governments atrocities toward innocent Kurdish citizens.

9 People were hanged in the Kurdish city of Urmiyeh by the Iranian Government on Christmas day

Iranian government hanged 9 people in the Kurdish city of Urmiyeh Central prison on Christmas day.
According to rojhelat.info and Mukrian News seven people named as Usef, Heyder, Mehdi, Qorbanali, Seyid, Siros and Nahid were hanged on the ground of drug dealing.
All the prisoners were hanged simultaneously and collectively in the prison yard of Urmiye prison located in the city of Urmiye.
Mr Mesood Shemsnejad, the lawyer of victims, has confirmed the news and stated that he should have been notified before the execution as stipulated by the Iranian constitution, however he was not.
Another two prisoners were hanged with same charge in Resht prison located in the city of Resht on 24th December.
Including these cases 582 people have been hanged by the Iranian Authorities since the beginning of 2011.

Iranian government  has been hanging activists and innocent people on so called Drug trafficking charges, and also there are many other executions that takes place in hidden places and behind closed doors that we do not have the numbers of.

Arrest of Kurds for continues at a high rate in East Kurdistan by the Iranian Government

rojhelat.info reported that in the past several days 2 other Kurds were arrested in East Kurdistan by the Iranian government forces. the names of the Kurds arrested are : Mr. Ehmedi and Mr. yawar.

the report states that According to Mukrian news agency, Mr Ehmedi was captured by the Bane’s Intelligent Service several days ago and transferred to Seqiz prison.
Mr Yawer from Shahneshin village around Meriwan city was captured on 12th December. He was transferred to solitary contentment of Sine’s prison, Koordpa news reported.
their families stated that , they have visited the police station several times and were not given any information and were told that they were arrested for unknown reasons.

Camp Ashraf in Central iraq was hit by 2 Rockets

(AFP) – At least two rockets struck a camp in central Iraq housing Iranian dissidents Sunday evening, a senior army officer said, as Baghdad and the UN signed a pact aimed at resolving the residents’ status.
Sunday’s deal had been welcomed by US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and came after Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki said his government would extend a year-end deadline for the removal of the camp residents from Iraq.
“Two rockets landed on Camp Ashraf last night,” an Iraqi army colonel said, speaking on condition of anonymity. “The casualties are unknown because we are forbidden from entering the camp.”
It was not immediately clear who fired the rockets.
The group which occupies Camp Ashraf, the People’s Mujahedeen, said in a statement that four rockets struck their base at 8:00 pm (1700 GMT) on Sunday evening, and accused groups loyal to Iran of being behind the attack.
Also on Sunday, Iraq and the UN signed a pact under which Baghdad will resettle members of the People’s Mujehedeen and provide security while the UN determines their refugee status.
The United Nations said in a statement that it and the government of Iraq had “signed today a memorandum of understanding for a humanitarian and peaceful resolution of the situation of the residents” of the camp.
It said Iraq will relocate them to a “transit location for a process of refugee status determination by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, a necessary first step for their resettlement outside Iraq”.
Iraq had committed to “ensure the safety and security of the residents at the new location”, said the statement.
The agreement was signed by UN envoy Martin Kobler and Iraqi National Security Adviser Falah al-Fayadh.
It did not give the location to which the residents would be moved or provide a timeline, but Maliki has said the camp will now close in April, rather than at the end of this year.
Clinton in a statement said the deal marks an “important step toward a humane resolution to the ongoing situation at (Camp) Ashraf.”
She added that US embassy officials would visit the new site “regularly and frequently” in support of the UN plan.
Former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein allowed the rebel People’s Mujahedeen to set up the camp during the war with Iran in the 1980s.
When Saddam was overthrown in the US-led invasion of 2003, the camp came under US military protection, but American forces handed over security responsibilities for the site to the Baghdad authorities in January 2009.
The camp, home to around 3,400 residents, has been back in the spotlight since a controversial April raid by Iraqi security forces left at least 34 people dead and scores injured.

An innocent 20 years old Kurdish Youth was shot and killed by the iranian government

rojhelat.info reported that a 20 years old Kurdish youth named Khalid Rehimi from Kurdish city of Mahabad  was driving between Bogebesi village and kurdish city of Bokan and was shot and killed by the iranian government .

Mr Rehimi’s family stated that he was killed arbitrarily and for unknown reason.  “Our son was shot dead while he was not carrying any illegal goods and he hadn’t committed any offense against the regime”, they said.

36 Kurdish journalists jailed by the Turkish Government

After the capture and detention of Kurdish journalists on 20 December, 36 journalists remained in custody for allegedly being "member of an illegal organization," referring to Kurdistan Community Unions (KCK).
Of 42 journalists arrested on 20 December 36 journalists sent to prison by Istanbul Vocation Court. The remaining six were released today morning on conditions of trial without arrest.
The court defended the decision of arrest for 36 journalists by the reason of “strong evidence suspect” and “probability of obfuscating the evidences”.
The court decision was protested by the people waiting in front of the court till the end of the interrogation at early morning hours to support the members and labourers of free press.
Tension rose in front of the court when journalists were being taken to police vehicles from the court. The mass staged a sit-in act and blocked the way of vehicles for some time.

Kurdish political prisoner Mr. Mustafa Selimi on hunger strike in Iranian Prison

rojhelat.info reported that According to Mukrian News a Kurdish political prisoner Mustafa  Selimi has launched a hunger strike in protest to rejection of his appeal.
Mr Selimi staged his hunger strike last Monday 19th December in protest to rejection of his appeal against death sentence imposed on him.
Mr Selimi was sentenced to death by the Iranian Revolutionary Court on the ground of Moharebe (enemy of God). He believes the charge is unfair thus appealed against it. However, his appeal had been rejected by the tribunal court.
Mr Selimi was arrested by the Intelligent Service on 2004 in Nehawend city located in Lorestan province. His brother stated that Mustafa ’s trial took only few minutes and without any evidence sentenced him to death.
Mr Selimi’s brother has requested help from all human rights institutions especially international human right organizations. He stated that Mr Selimi is in a really hard situation as his kidney problems have turned severe.
