9 people were hanged on 15th September 2011 by the Iranian Authorities.
The victims were charged with drug dealing and executed in the prisons of Zahidan and Taybad in the Baluch region located in south east of Iran, local news agency reported.
Although the Iranian government is recognized as one of the main drug traffickers by various reliable sources, Iran put to death dissidents labeling them as drug dealers to justify their execution.
Execution of people has taken a sharp increase even though the international human right organization notified Iranian regime to stop execution.
