Schools and Universities in Turkey boycotted by the Kurds in North Kurdistan

Schools and universities are boycotted by Kurdish students and teachers in the Kurdish region of Turkey.
Although, today 19th September 2011 the schools and universities were opened in Turkey for academic year 2011 and 2012, Kurds are boycotting schools and universities for a week.
This boycotting is owing to the request of Kurdistan Democratic Commission Language (KCD) as Kurdish educational system is still shamelessly prohibited by Turkish government and people who demand for it are brutally prosecuted.
The composition education branch of Amed (Diyarbakir) has requested demonstration against this fascist system that formulates Kurdish educational system to be prohibited and deprived millions of Kurds especially youths from studying by their native language.
