Iranian military continue their attack on east and south Kurdistan

Iranian army has been shelling the villages of South Kurdistan unabatedly. The mortar attacks have inflicted a great level of damages to pastures and the farm lands of these areas.
According to our local correspondents the Iranian artilleries launched a fresh wave of heavy mortar attacks on the areas of Siyako Mountain’s Slope, Kergewizin Valley, Zerk Mountain, Xinere, Lolan, and Berdebo adjacent.
The attacks have not caused live casualties but had a massive damage to the environment and the farm lands of people whose only sources of income is their lands.
The reports have also confirmed the stationing of a large scale of military personnel on the border regions of South Kurdistan.
According to the statistic of chief board of municipalities of Soran, the district of Seydan is composed of 254 villages, 113 of which have been evacuated out of fear of these mortar shelling.
Abdullah Mohamed a resident of Weze villages told Chatr Press reporter that up to the current point the shelling of thee villages of Weze, Kani Sipi and Mujedeynan is continued. For this reason – he added - these villages have been evacuated. Tens of pastures and farm lands of the local people have been damaged to the extent they can not longer be used.
