Not long ago he was arrested in his accommodation in Tehran by a group of ‘civil guard’ and he was taken to an unknown place.
Within a telephone conversation with his family on March he was told them that he was detained in Qizlhasar Detention.
His family made their efforts to visit him while they found out he was detained. But the prison’s officials refused to permit him family visit.
According to the reports Mr Fethullahi was taken to a hospital in Tehran on 26th May and only two days later he died in a suspicious manner and then transferred back to Qizlhasar detention clinic.
The prison’s official phoned his family on 18th June and informed them about his death.
His family attended the prison to take his body back and arrange a proper funeral for their son. But the prison officials tell their family that they have buried their son in Beheshet Zahra Cemetery.
His family rushed to Behesht Zahra Cemetery but they didn’t find his tomb. Once they went to information office of the cemetery, the officers told their family that since their son had not identity, they could not put any mark on his tomb to identify him.
According to the hospital reports Mr Fethullahi was subjected to intensive torture and the doctors indentified his death caused by inner bleeding from his back and his neck.
